We have been able to postpone all of this year’s planned events until 2021 and below give the new provisional dates for your diaries. Further details will be available in the new year but we do hope you will be able to support us at a few of these events; more important than ever following this challenging year for fundraising!

YOUNG HUNTERS DRINKS EVENING, LONDON - Thursday, 11th February, 2021

We are looking to host the next generation of HSBS supporters at a drinks party at the Cavalry and Guards Club in London, using the opportunity to introduce the Society to those who may not have heard of it. Ticketing details will be released in the new year but please do spread the word amongst the London-based younger hunting members of your families and hunt subscribers.

HORN & HOUND BALL AT YORK RACECOURSE - Saturday, 17th April, 2021

After selling out of tickets for the 2020 event just before lockdown it was, of course, a huge disappointment for all when the Ball had to be postponed, but it was good to see that there was clearly such support for our move north to York Racecourse. The majority of guests have already transferred their tickets to next year, but further tickets will be made available in the new year, with another early bird ticket offer available (at £90 per guest). Bookings will open again in January. We really do hope more of you will join us; after this year all here at the HSBS feel a jolly good hunting party will be well-overdue! Sponsorship opportunities are still available so please get in touch if this might be of interest to your firm.

We are hoping to reorganise this very special HSBS fundraiser for 2021, which would take place in early July at Llwynywermod in Llandovery, the Welsh residence of the Society’s Patron, HRH The Prince of Wales. Further details will be made available in the new year. Sponsorship opportunities are still available - please get in touch if you or your business might be interested in supporting this event.

HSBS POLO DAY - Summer, 2021 (date TBC)

After the huge success of the reintroduced HSBS summer polo fundraiser in 2019, we were very much looking forward to running a similar day in 2020. This has now been postponed until 2021 and a new date will be confirmed shortly and further details given, but a day of top-quality polo in the Gloucestershire sunshine will be guaranteed!

VISIT TO RABY CASTLE, Co. DURHAM - Monday, 6th September, 2021

With the kind permission of Lord Barnard, the special private tour of Raby Castle planned for this autumn has been postponed until September 2021. Booking information will be made available in early 2021.
